3C71A7 — German registration, 33,800 feet, no callsign, heading 056°. Our European visitors continue the theme of operating above Ohio without filling out the social niceties.
[A321A9] cruised silently at 44,250 feet heading 024° — the tallest anonymous American-registered contact of the day.

Traffic volume was severely depressed all day — the anomaly log itself documents the decline in real time, from 99% below average at the start of the window down to 71% at close. Thirty-plus regular flights failed to appear, including DAL1145 (absent four consecutive check intervals), SWA4862, SWA4154, RPA4631, and UAL1745, among others. DAL2839 is listed as a missing regular — it did appear in today's contacts, so that particular alarm may reflect a timing discrepancy. No operational explanation for the volume shortfall is available from this station.
