AAL260, FFT3451, UAL457L, and SWA2337 were clustered near 41.42°N, 81.85°W between 800–1,550 ft, suggesting an approach corridor, likely CLE. SWA3900 checked in at a leisurely 119 kts and 2,525 ft — somebody is in no particular hurry.

They exist; they just don't appear to belong to anyone on paper. 3C4592 and 4007F9 are registered to Germany and the United Kingdom, respectively, but are also broadcasting no callsign.
